Support Agreements

· It includes the maintenance and support of the current web application, as well as the maintenance of the developments performed.
· It includes a maximum of 30 hours of support per year on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm. If this limit is exceeded, the exceeded hours will be invoiced according to our current rates (EUR 40 / hour exc. Vat).
·The customer has the right of priority assistance email with a commitment to respond as quickly as possible.
· Possible new projects and developments are excluded.
· On-site meetings are excluded.
